  • Remote Group Webinar Registrations
    • Customer Admins can now register multiple staff into a webinar even if they will all be attending in separate locations.
    • Group Registration for staff attending in the SAME room (locally) has not changed.
  • Compliance Manager – the bug affecting uploading of certificates to multiple staff at the same time has been fixed
  • In accordance with maintaining higher security standards, we have implemented the following updates:
    • 60-minute Idle Session Timeout: after an hour of idleness in CCH CPELink, a user will automatically be logged out and upon re-accessing will be prompted to login again.
    • 90-day Password Expiration Policy: users will be required to update their password every 90-days. After that 90-days, the previous password will be available to use but the user will be re-directed to a password reset prompt.
    • Password History: a user will no longer be able to use their last 4 passwords when changing their password.
    • Password Complexity:
      • Length of password is between 8 and 20 characters.
      • Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
      • Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
      • Must contain at least 1 number (0-9)
      • Must contain at least 1 special character from this set (!@#$%^&*()_-{};:,.)
      • Passwords may contain spaces
    • Account Lockout Policy: after 3 failed login attempts the user will have to click on the “Forgot Password” link to access the site.
  • The Help section has been updated.
    • o A Knowledge Base link to Groove HQ will now house any documents outlining usage of the site.
