- New “Help” guide. We are in the process of transitioning the old PDF User Guide for CCH CPELink to a knowledge bank where end-users can search for answers without having to dig through a 90-page document. The page can be found here: https://cch-cpelink.groovehq.com/help
- The old guide is still relatively accurate and we will have the new knowledge bank linked in the Help section once we have completed moving the articles over there. Please note there are only a few articles have been moved and more are to come.
- Creating new users in a firm is now easier. A Delegated Admin can now enter a series of emails instead of setting up users one-by-one.
- The option to send a link to a user for them to set up their own account (for firm staff) has been removed.
- Because of this new method, new users MAY have to update their name upon logging in. The new knowledge bank covers both of these topics.
- Delegated Admins of firm pass subscriptions can now view the expiration date of the pass as well as export a usage summary in the My Account > Firm Account > Unlimited Firm Pass area:
- Individual Users can also view firm pass information in the My Account > My Discounts area:
- The “Add to Calendar” option for webinars has been fixed:
- The Quick Register button is now fixed (Admins can again use this to quickly register staff as opposed to first adding to the cart):
- The CVV field has been fixed when a saved credit card is being used for a purchase
- Illinois and ACFE have had updates in Compliance Manager
- Address validation issues for customers have been fixed
