Now, CCH CPELink allows you the flexibility to add new employees and remove individuals who no longer need access to the platform. In addition, after initially setting up a Delegated Administrator (the user responsible for managing your staff and subscription in CCH CPELink), you will be able to update and manage your account, renew your subscription, and assign hours to members of their team – all on your own. With these changes, the Delegated Admin won’t need to reach out to customer support or your sales representative to assign firm passes or bulk hours to individuals at your firm or business.

  • Who is a delegated admin?
    • This is the person that has been setup in your firm with Administrative permissions for CCH CPELink including tasks such as creating new users, removing users, managing Compliance Manager and management of subscriptions/course registrations.
  • How can I change the delegated admin?
    • The Chat on the site or a call to Customer Support can assist with this.
  • How do I renew my subscription?
    • Often, you will want to work directly with your Sales Rep, but in the “My Discount” area, you will now see an option to “Renew” if any of your subscriptions are currently available for renewal.
  • How do I add new employees to my account?

  • How do I remove employees from my account?
    • After accessing the “Firm Account > Firm Staff Members” area, click on the user in question and then on the “Remove” link.
