When Firm Passes are ordered, a Delegated Admin or any Firm Staff Member with Admin rights will have the ability to assign those firm passes to any available staff members.  Please note a staff member will need an account prior to being assigned a firm pass.

  • Any available firm passes will show up in the Subscription Details box:

  • Click on the "Assign to Staff" option, select the staff members to assign a firm pass to and click "Submit."  The users displayed will be any staff member that does NOT currently have an active firm pass.  If a staff member doesn't show up, either an account needs to be created for them, or they already have a firm pass (available to see in the User Management area mentioned below):

  • Once firm passes have been assigned, staff members will show up in the usage summary area on the same page.  This area will also display the current usage of any staff members' firm passes.

 

Please Note: A staff member account and a subscription (firm pass) are two separate things.  If an account is created, a firm pass will need to be added to it in order for that staff member to access content.  Please reach out to your Sales Rep if you need to purchase additional Firm Passes.

Firm Passes can only be transferred to new users if they have not been used.  Please reach out to the Chat link on CCH CPELink for assistance in moving an UNUSED firm pass from one staff member to another.
