  • Once a course has been selected, registration can be done in 1 of 2 ways:
    • Option 1: Shopping Cart
      • Click on the title of the course to get additional information like the description and CPE:
      • Click on the red "Add to Cart" button:
      • Click on the red "Proceed to Checkout" button and follow the prompts to complete the registration.
      • Those customers with a subscription will see the cost zeroed-out:
      • Upon registering for the webinar, the confirmation page will contain a calendar link that can be added the attendee's email/scheduler:
    • Option 2: Quick Registration
      • To quickly register for a webinar, if there is a subscription on the account, the grey quick register button will be to the right of any course available in that subscription:
      • When the "Register" button has been clicked the user will be registered into the webinar immediately, without having to go through the shopping cart and will direct the user to the "Upcoming" tab of the My Dashboard area to access information about the course:
      • This area will include links back to the description as well as any electronic materials available (please note: some materials may not be available far ahead of the date of the webinar).

 

  • Attending a Webinar
    • Login to CCH CPELink and navigate to "My Dashboard > Live Webinars > Upcoming" section on the date the webinar is to be broadcast: 
      • 15-minutes PRIOR to the start of the webinar, a red "Join Webinar" button will appear, clicking on this and will redirect attendees to the webinar room where the presentation will start at the appropriate time.
        • Any additional materials will also be in this area as soon as they are available.

  • Within a couple hours of the end of the webinar, a certificate of completion will be available in the "My Dashboard > Webinars > Past" area if:
    • The attendee's time spent in the webinar was enough (at least 50 minutes of every hour) AND
    • 75% of the poll questions have been answered 
  • Please note those attending as a group in the same location will receive certificates once the Main Contact for the group has taken attendance.
    • All other remote attendees will receive a completion certificate if the above-mentioned requirements are met.
    • A link to the recording of the session will be available in this area as well for at least a year from the date of broadcast regardless of the status of attendance for most webinars.
      • Please Note: CPE cannot be earned for watching a recording of a live webinar.
