Within CCH CPELink:
- After creating your account in CCH CPELink, make sure to Update the "My Professional Profile" to include your PTIN and License Date.
- If courses have already been completed and the "My Professional Profile" has NOT been updated, please see the bulletin in the "Additional Notes" section.
For integrated customers (customers taking CCH CPELink self-study content on a different LMS like LC Vista/Prolaera or CornerStone OnDemand/Saba):
- After successfully completing a CCH CPELink tax-applicable course/assessment on another platform, there will be a link to the completion certificate found on the bottom center of the window the course is open in:
- Upon clicking on the "Certificate of Completion" link, the user will be prompted to Submit their PTIN number. Below this, will be links to open the certificate in either an HTML or PDF file:
Additional Notes:
- The CCH CPELink team runs weekly completion reports on ALL content meeting IRS/CE requirements regardless of where that CCH CPELink course was taken.
- Towards the end of the year, this reporting is done at a minimum of twice a week but it usually run daily through mid-January of the next year.
- Volume of questions/requests can be very large towards the end of the year, please note a response/correction could take a few days.

- If you have completed CE courses PRIOR to having updated your license information in CCH CPELink, please use the email above and include which completed courses have not been reported to the IRS yet.
