  • As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our platform and enhance user experience, we have made some changes to the user roles and administrative rights within the system:
    • Effective immediately, Admin roles on the platform have been updated from "Firm Admin" to "Firm Assistant". This change is to transition administrative rights and responsibilities to the Firm Assistant role.
    • The administrative rights that role previously had as a Firm Admin will now be transferred and applied to the new role as a Firm Assistant.
    • Firm Assistants will continue to have access to all the necessary tools and functionalities required to manage a firm's activities on the CCH CPELink platform. The ability to add and remove firm members, assign roles, manage firm offices, and access other administrative functions remain unchanged.
    • This update will streamline the user roles on CCH CPELink and provide a more consistent experience for all users.
    • Current Admins should have received an email from CCH CPELink outlining these updates.
  • A User Conference page has been created for assisting in retrieving and CPE certificates earned post-conference.
    • A new email template will now be used to more clearly explain CPE earned for sessions attended at the CCH Connections
  • Alignment of boxes and text as well as improved icons have been implemented in the UI to better display content and verbiage.
