The Order Confirmation for purchasing Webinar Packages directly from the site has been corrected.
Issues with Gartner customers being able to access their subscriptions have been resolved.
An issue preventing some users from receiving email notifications from CCH CPELink has been resolved.
Reminder regarding the password updates, many users will only now come into contact with the issue.
60-minute Idle Session Timeout: after an hour of idleness in CCH CPELink, a user will automatically be logged out and upon re-accessing will be prompted to login again.
90-day Password Expiration Policy: users will be required to update their password every 90-days. After that 90-days, the previous password will be available to use but the user will be re-directed to a password reset prompt.
Some purchasing options will require a reset of the password before they can be processed.
Password History: a user will no longer be able to use their last 4 passwords when changing their password.
Password Complexity:
Length of password is between 8 and 20 characters.
Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
Must contain at least 1 number (0-9)
Must contain at least 1 special character from this set (!@#$%^&*()_-{};:,.)
Passwords may contain spaces
Account Lockout Policy: after 3 failed login attempts the user will have to click on the “Forgot Password” link to access the site. Please reach out to Customer Support in the event there is a lock-out.
Bulk Hours Updates
Bulk Hour calculations will now be done more straight-forward and for Customers that have BOTH Self-Study and Premium Bulk hours, they’ll be able to manage and view both from separate areas in the Firm Accounts page for Admins.
Please Note: “Premium Bulk Hours” include both self-study and webinars.
Bulk hours will now officially expire at the end of the contract date. Roll over of hours will not be permitted.
New notification emails will now go out to Bulk hour customers informing them of:
25% of bulk hours remaining
ZERO bulk hours remaining
1 month prior to expiration
2 weeks prior to expiration
These emails will go to the Delegated Admin and will go out per subscription meaning if a customer has both Self-Study and Premium, they will get emails for both.
Non-Admin Users are now be able to see the hours that have been allocated to them in the “My Discounts” page for those customers choosing to use the “Firm Admin allocates hours” function.
The new process for clearly showing calculated/used hours will be going forward. Any customer that had any kind of bulk hours prior to June 2024 may have hours showing incorrectly. Please reach out to customer support if there are still issues and need this updated and/or corrected.
PCS/Software training courses (Axcess and/or ProSystemfx) will now be able to support multi-day sessions.
