UPDATES:

  • The “My Discount” area has been renamed, “My Subscription
  • Excel Webinar and Self-Study lists are fixed and downloadable again
  • The Privacy and Cookie notice has been updated
  • The “View Usage Report” button for Bulk Hours customers will now be disabled when there has been no usage
  • Subscription Renewal Emails have been updated to be clearer
  • New message encouraging individual users to create a Firm when attempting to purchase multiple quantities of a product
  • Multi-factor Authentication validation has been reduced from every login to once every 30 days
  • Maximum number of characters for “City” and “Zip Code” to be updated to 35 and 10, respectively

Bug Fixes

  • An issue with some users not being able to access the Join Webinar button has been resolved.
  • An issue with the account merge function has been resolved
    • “Old” account(s) will now be immediately locked upon merging
  • Bulk Hours issues have been remedied.

Compliance Manager Updates

  • An issue with CALIFORNIA not saving the birthdate of the licensee has been fixed
  • The NEW HAMPSHIRE CPE requirements have been updated:
    • A page has been created for CCH CPELink to make text updates to requirement changes as needed
    • CPE Carry-Over logic has been updated
    • Updated the logic that controls the display of the years within the “Renewal Period” drop down
      • The years will now reflect the correct periods based on the requirement (triennial, biennial, annual pro-ration) based on the Initial license date
    • “Initial” License logic has been updated to match the State Board’s requirements
  • An issue with the ampersand displaying in external course records added to staff profiles has been corrected.
  • An issue with not being able to use the number pad to enter in license details has been fixed
  • The LOUISANA CPE requirements have been updated in line with new requirements (as of this year).
    • Licensees can provide their attest function declarations for each reporting period
    • An update to the monthly Compliance Manager report will provide data on the reporting period ending in the current year instead of current year plus 1 is being tested and available in a future release.
  • The NEW YORK requirements have been updated:
    • The requirement to choose between 24 vs 40 hours has been removed
    • The CPE requirements have been updated on the page
    • The tracking logic for licensees has been updated so that only the 1st calendar year since initial licensure is for “0” CPE
  • Additional hard validations required for license numbers on the My Professional Profile page have been setup for those users with a “CFP” license. This now includes all IRS and CTEC areas for validation upon setup.
